Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez has been a Cuban and American TV arbitrator ever since Caso Cerrado. Ana Polo Gonzalez was born in Havana Cuba and moved with her family to Miami when she was two. Ana Maria Polo was born in Habana in Cuba. She is currently hosting the Telemundo Show "Caso Cerrado" which is a Spanish programming on television that has been nominated by the Daytime Entertainment Emmy Award. In 2015, she was also named as the most popular Spanish-language show on 4pm, for important demos. Polo is a native of Cuba and was born 11 April 1959. She attended Florida International University and graduated in political sciences. After obtaining her PhD from the University of Miami she practiced law in Miami for over 20 years. After earning her PhD from University of Miami in law and working in the law profession in Miami city for 20 years. Polo was first shown to television audiences in 2001 through Telemundo's show Sala de Parejas (2001) and other court shows where the legal skills of her was showcased. Literature Accolades and Literary Work In 1958, Polo wrote her first book Los Hijos Muertos. It received the Critic's Prize for Literature, as well as the Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute fled Spain for her home in the United States 1960. Breast cancer survivors, Polo frequently gives speeches and helps raise funds to support the causes. She has been a tireless campaigner for LGBT rights all of her life. She received her law degree in 1987 from the University of Miami School of Law.
